A trial lawyer since 2014, Nick Kamenjarin joined Whiteside & Goldberg in April of 2019 and concentrates his practice of law in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Kamenjarin represents the severely injured as well as the families of those killed as the result of the negligence of others. Prior to joining Whiteside & Goldberg, Mr. Kamenjarin was an associate at a large insurance defense firm.
Having extensive experience representing defendants in negligence and workers’ compensation cases, Mr. Kamenjarin brings a unique perspective to Whiteside & Goldberg. He possesses firsthand knowledge of the strategy and tactics used by our opponents.
Mr. Kamenjarin earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Prior to law school, Nick earned his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Business. At NIU, he was a four-year member of the football team, earning the Mid-American Conference’s Commissioner’s Award in 2009 and Presidential Award in 2010.
Beyond his legal work, Mr. Kamenjarin serves as a junior board member of Lawrence Hall, an organization that serves Chicago’s at-risk youth and their families through various housing, educational, and treatment programs.
